    Hello,

I have a student who is undocumented. She moved from Oregon about 16 years ago, but in Oregon they gave her a social security card that states “NOT FOR WORK” but has a social security number. She states that her parents fill out the tax forms every year but she isn’t sure if she should fill out the FAFSA with the number she recieved in Oregon.
